This project was based in a found site in Seydisfjördur; upstairs of this family home was destroyed by the fire leaving it a functionally empty indoor non-place. Storage spaces appeal to me for being a method of survival of the objects that no longer deserve a space in a harsh up-to-date realities of living rooms, but due to habit or sentimentality are kept in possession. Attic is a limbo of utility, a no-man's land between useless and useful, slowly constructing its static dusty landscapes from the dismissed objects.
